Beef Stroganoff From
Syd's Kitchen
1-2 lbs sirloin roast cubes four, salt, cooking oil
1 c sour cream
¼ c sliced olives
½ lb mushrooms, fresh or canned
2 tbsp catsup

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 beef buillion cube
½ tsp crushed garlic

1 Brown meat bits in salt, flour, oil.
2 Add all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream.
3 Simmer for about 1½ hours.
4 Just before serving, add sour cream. Stir well.
Serve with rice, buns, or noodles. Serves 6.
