Corn Fritters
From Syd's Kitchen
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs

¼ c milk
2 tsp salad oil
1 can corn (2½ c cooked)

1 Sift flour, baking powder & salt together, set aside.
2 Beat eggs; add milk, salad oil and corn.
3 Add flour mixture.
Fry hot 365° for 2½ mins per side. Serves 6-8.
