Ham and Potato Casserole       From Sue's Kitchen
2 tbsp chopped onion
¼ c butter
¼ c flour
1 tsp salt
1 c milk
2 c shredded sharp cheese
6 c cooked potato slices
½ lb ham slices

1 Saute onions in butter
2 Add seasonings
3 Add milk; cook and stir constantly
4 Add more than half the cheese; stir til melted.
5 Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake 30 mins at 350° or enough to cook potatoes thoroughly.
