MEXICAN LAYER DIP from
Verna's kitchen
1 can refried beans
1 jar salsa
1 can chopped black olives
! can chopped green chilis
1 can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes

3/4 pt. sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
shredded cheese
|
1. Layer ingredients
in baking dish at least 8 in. square, ending with top layer
of sour cream, olives and shredded cheese.
2. Serve as dip with taco scoops, delicious! Serves a
crowd.
