c. vinegar
1/4 c. canola oil
1/3 c. sugar
1or 2 cans cut up water chestnuts
1 can Le Seur peas
1 c.
chopped sweet onions 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions
1. Mix vinegar, canola oil, sugar in smal bowl;
marinate water chestnuts overnight.
2. Drain and mix water chestnuts with peas,
onions, and pecans. Serve.
