Sausage Mushroom Broccoli Quiche                     From Syd's Kitchen
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. broccoli, cut to small pieces
1 c. sliced and cut onions
½ c. chopped fresh parsley
3 eggs
1 c. fat free Half and Half cream
½ c. grated fresh parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9 in. pie crust
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°
2. Place sausage in large skillet, brown, pouring off grease. Add mushrooms, broccoli, onion, in about one-half to one inch pieces. Turn heat down, place top on pan, and steam about ten minutes.
3. In large bowl, beat the eggs, add cream, cheese, salt, parsley, stir. Pour in steamed veggies and sausage mixture.

Pour mixture into pie crust shell, bake for 30-45 mins, until filling mixture is set and crust is browned. Turn down temp to 350° or 300° if necessary. Cool ten minutes before cutting and serving.

Serves 6.
