2 c. cubed chicken breasts, boiled with some salt
and minced garlic
3/4 c. celery chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
1-2 tbsp. squeezed lemon juice
3/4 c. Helmanns mayonnaise
sprinkle celery salt over top

ingredients well and let sit for awhile.
Amounts are approximate, add or remove to your taste.
