Congealed Shrimp Salad                                    From Syd's Kitchen
2 pkgs plain gelatin
½ c cold water
1 can tomato soup
2 3 oz. pkgs cream cheese
1 very small diced onion (small handful)
1 c diced celery
1 c mayonnaise
½ c chopped olives
2 cans canned shrimp or 2 c shrimp


1 Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
2 Heat tomato soup.
3 Melt cream cheese and add to tomato soup.
4 Add mayonnaise, onion, celery, olives, shrimp. Mix together.
5 Put in mold and refrigerate.
