Easier Spoon Bread     From Virginia B's Kitchen

1 qt. milk
1 c. white water ground corn meal

Scald milk, sprinkle on corn meal. Stir til thick. Remove from heat.

3-4 eggs, add one at a time.

Stir in
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder

Pour into casserole with 2-3T melted butter.

Preheat, Bake 450° 30 mins.
