Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies        From Syd's Kitchen
1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
1 cup quick cooking oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 to 3/4 cup raisins
  
Directions:

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
2 Combine cake mix, oats, eggs, and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Stir in raisins.
3 Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 6-8 minutes. DO NOT WAIT FOR COOKIES TO BROWN. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
4 Cool 1 minute on baking sheet.

These are amazingly good and simple cookies!
