Tipsy Chicken   From Lorraine's Kitchen

 
3-5 pieces of chicken (with skin on or it gets too dry)
3/4 cup dry wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil (sometimes we don't use any at all}
2 tbsp water
1 clove garlic minced or garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar



Bake 325°for about 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
